Instagram just made a quiet shift that's going to separate winners from losers over the next 90 days.

Check your last 10 posts. Look at "Plays" vs "Accounts Reached." If your plays aren't at least 2x your reach, people aren't replaying your content. You're invisible to the algorithm.

Create 3 loop-style posts this week. Test the format. Track the difference.
